Professional folks in particular the female manager. Had the boutique king room and it was well-kept and well decorated with bath tub on the balcony.

This place provided a decent place to stay for three nights, with genuinely helpful and professional staff, starting from the security guard here.

The staff was fantastic. They were very attentive to families and children. Very friendly and made for a perfect vacation. The hotel facilities, room design and comfort was top notch. The food was great at all meals. Poolside environment was relaxing and the beach was clean, uncrowded and beautiful.

None to mention.

Good location, by the beach with powdery white sands - great for swimming. Near shops but not noisy. Food tastes good, great presentation. Breakfast in the restaurant is prepared fresh individually, even the fruit is cut fresh. Very nice romantic & calm ambience at night. Room is very well designed, simple from outside but luxurious and artistic inside. Well equipped with music CD & DVD. Staff are very attentive. We r happy to get good room rates with Booked.net as hotel opens only for 4 months. Elegant & affordable Thai massage by the pool. Like the coffee & ice cream brand they use :-) Nice to see "Indonesian fried rice" on the menu.

The hotel has small entry making it easily overlooked, but it eventually becomes the upside coz it makes the hotel stay homey (in a luxurious way..) with all staff putting much effort to make you comfortable. Superior room is small but enough if you tuck your luggages under the wash-basin/ dressing table. No car park, but they will happily park your car at nearby public/ hotel reserved car park. Not a problem at all.

Very nice staff, especially at the pool bar, everyone was smiling and was helpful despite very poor knowledge of English (nothing unusual in Thailand). Beautiful view on the beach.

Definitely overpriced, needs renovation, and is not living up to what it promises on the website. One can definitely find something way better on Koh Samui in the similar price range.

Ideal for a honeymoon. Quirky and clean property with attentive staff, especially the female manager. - Fantastic location right in the heart of Chaweng, just a 10-minute walk from Chaweng Noi Beach. - Delicious and diverse breakfast selection.

My husband our three year old son and myself visited Kirikayan for 5 days recently and can not speak highly enough of the whole experience. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with requests.The facilities are first rate and the room we had [duplex suite] just lovely. We will definitely be returning to this fabulous hotel. Small and intimate on a good stretch of chaweng beach just tops it off.

The only thing we will did'nt like was the 1100TB charged for the extra bed for our 3 year old which we thought was way too much for a saggy fold out cot.

Very disappointed, they have a good photographer that makes the website look nice but beware ! room is 20 square meters, hotel has no facility what so ever, 5 beach chairs next to pool, restauruant on busy road, no beds on the beach to name just a few flaws, there are so many nice hotels in chaweng (we could get 130 square meter house for same price !`)
